So yeah....I'm not sure why I did this....But I needed to do it! I think I played that PAC MAN tribute on goolge and it got the juices going. I kind of miss how abstract videogames used to be in the early days yet they were the best games. Just the fact that they were so simplistic but captivating at the same time. So I was thinking about that and this image just popped into my head. Just some good fun and I’m not quite sure what the point of the work is…But it was fun as fuck to make!
PAC MAN is a property of NAMCO
Looks like I came out of the 1970's or when Color TV was NEW!
Great how you captured the metalic look there, especially on the ghost.
Heh ... so that's a robot ghost. Makes sense.
Hm. I wonder what the backstory could be...
"In the year 3085, life as we know, has ended. There had been a great robot war, a machine uprising - nobody won.
The Earth is now a desolate place, uninhabited - with the exception of the ghosts of robots that were killed in the mechanic revolution.
But there is hope.
A single machine, the PAC-6000, intended to rebuild society and to re-engineer life from a massive DNA-database after a giant deadly apocalyptic robot war, now has the destiny to collect the last remaining energy spheres left on the planet as resources to rebuild society and re-engineer life from a massive DNA-database after the giant deadly apocalyptic robot war. And the robot ghosts try to stop him. And stuff. Or something."
Anyway, where was I -
ah yeah
