I'm starting to do some redesigns for another comic/graphic novel that I have been working on for some time now. This is one of the main baddies in the story. He's a 10ft tall mecha samurai. I still haven't given him a name yet. It will come to me

I think what you do is amazing and I'm sure I've asked you this before but how do you draw your mechanical/architectural stuff?

I don't know if I really have a process. I just look at a lot of fantasy mecha and real life machines and try to create something I like. I do all of my drawing traditionally so I use a strait edge inking triangle for the strait lines, and "French curves" to make sure the curve lines (if there are any) are looking nice and even.
